Be Part of the Corrente Fraterna for a Former Student of the Rudolf Steiner Waldorf School

The Corrente Fraterna (Circle of Support) initiated by the Class of 1986 (Class B) of the Rudolf Steiner Waldorf School (São Paulo, Brazil) mobilized a year ago to support their dear school friend, Carlos Barg—son of Mr. Vitor and Mrs. Carmem.

Thanks to the support of everyone who has already joined—whether through donations or participation in charity raffles—we have been able to provide Carlos with basic conditions for a more dignified life.

Carlos now lives in Blumenau, Santa Catarina, and this Fraternal Network remains active until he can undergo surgery, progress in his recovery, and regain his independence.

A brief background:

After suffering a serious accident that resulted in a fractured pelvis, Carlos has been living in an extremely difficult situation, with severe impacts on his health, mobility, and independence. This situation prompted the start of this initiative.

What is a Corrente Fraterna?

A Fraternal Support Network is a spontaneous group of people united by friendship, care, and solidarity, who come together to support someone in need. Each person contributes as they can—with time, resources, guidance, or emotional support—creating a meaningful impact through collective effort. Beyond material help, such a network strengthens human connections, promotes hope, and shows that no one has to face hardship alone.

The first external initiative of our group was a charity raffle, which received wonderful support from the entire community. The first prize was an artwork by our former classmate Caio Reisewitz. The second prize was a T-shirt signed by the renowned artist Kobra.

Information about the raffle, the artists, and the winners can be found via the link below.
